TIANJIN, June 1 (Xinhua) -- Huiai Farm covers an area of approximately 80 mu (about 5.33 hectares) and was jointly initiated and built by 8 families, whose children were diagnosed with autism or intellectual disabilities. Huiai Farm considers farm work as a means for children to get closer to nature and encourages families to bring their children here to participate in farm work together with children with autism or intellectual disabilities, enhancing the social interaction skills of them in a real community environment.
