Indian Malaysian sleuth joins forces with Ibrahim
Kuala Lumpur News.Net Thursday 3rd July, 2008 (IANS)
In a fresh twist to l'affaire Anwar Ibrahim, an ethnic Indian private investigator has joined forces with him to allege Deputy Prime Minister Najib Razak's interference in the murder trial of a Mongolian woman.
Razak denied the charge, leveled in a statutory declaration made by investigator P. Balasubramaniam, terming it 'a red herring' floated by Ibrahim, himself under probe for allegedly sodomising an aide last week.
The charge is not new in that Razak had earlier denied having met the Mongolian woman, Altantuya Shaariibuu, or having a hand in her murder some months ago.
A blogger, Raja Petra had made this charge earlier for which he was arrested last month and later released on bail amidst high drama.
Razak said the charge, this time leveled by Balasubramaniam was a pack of 'malicious lies' aimed at smearing his image.
'I am very sure this action is a desperate move by Anwar Ibrahim to divert attention from the sodomy allegation he is facing,' he told a press conference that was attended by scores of journalists at his office in parliament Thursday.
Najib said what was important now was 'not issues raised as a diversion'. The people wanted to know whether the Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) advisor (Anwar Ibrahim ) had committed the offence (sodomy) as alleged, official news agency Bernama reported.
'The responsible parties must be ready to face the consequences if it is found laws had been broken,' NST Online quoted him as saying.
Asked whether he would be making a police report against Balasubramaniam or take legal action against him, Razak, said he left it to the police to take action.
Razak is the second most important person in the government of Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi and also the deputy of the ruling coalition Barisan Nasional.
Ibrahim heads the Pakatan Rakyat opposition alliance and has been threatening to bring down the Badawi government.
Asked if he would describe the current allegation as a personal attack on him by Ibrahim, Razak said: 'The question is why it surfaces now, after the sodomy complaint was made (against Ibrahim).
'Suddenly, everyone has come under attack, the Inspector-General of Police (Tan Sri Musa Hassan), the Attorney-General (Tan Sri Abdul Gani Patail), I, why now?'.
The deputy prime minister said he did not wish to speak on the ongoing murder trial of the Mongolian woman since the matter was sub-judice.
Razak, along with Home Minister Syed Hamid Albar, has been dealing with the Ibrahim controversy, day to day.
The duo had assured full safety to Ibrahim after he took refuge in the Turkish embassy last Sunday, alleging that his life was in trouble.
In a repeat of 1998, when he was jailed, Ibrahim is again facing the charge of sodomising an aide. He has vehemently denied this and has termed it a conspiracy to prevent his return to parliament in a by-election.
Also reprised is the diplomatic row between Malaysia and the United States after the latter cautioned against the 'politically motivated' probe against Ibrahim.
A statement last Tuesday by US State Department spokesman Tom Casey pointing to the possibility of 'a pattern' in what happened to Ibrahim in 1998 and what is happening now has incensed the Malaysian government.
'America should not interfere with a legal exercise in our jurisdiction. This matter (of Ibrahim's sodomy case) is still under investigation and we have not yet come to a conclusion,' Home Minister Albar, who was the country's foreign minister till March, said in parliament Wednesday.
He called Ibrahim 'a glitch' for having 'complained' to the US.
Ibrahim, however, remains defiant. His plans to 'take over' the government by toppling Badawi remain 'on track,' PKR vice president Azmin Ali said.
Ibrahim, who addressed a 15,000-strong rally of party supporters earlier this week, is to hold at least three more rallies as part of the offensive.

Indian Malaysian sleuth joins forces with Ibrahim
I am sick and tired of our court cases. Witnesses come to the stand with phrase “I heard him say this and that, I swear that is the truth." Can the witness be trusted when he claims that everything he hears or told be the truth?

I SWEAR
Shaiful and Anwar should take the challenge of the Perlis Mufti to swear in the name of Allah the almighty to verify the truth of the matter. Then we shall see who is telling the truth. Time will tell. In God name, you dont play play.

greed...wealth, power
If the existing judiciary/public prosecutors wishes to get to the bottom of the whole truth and not play with time to “erase memory”....they must investigate into..
#1 Who authorised the deletion of immigration records on the Mongolian lady’s visit to Malaysia from Bangkok, Hong Kong & Singapore.
#2 Who authorised the release of the explosive that was used to disintegrate the body...to remove evidence of the murder.
#3 What has happened to the approx RM540 million commission set aside for the French submarine deal?

Najis' days are numbered
If not Najis who else?
Who can delete the Malaysian’s immigration records of Altantuya?
Who can authorise the release and use of explosives used to blow-up Altantuya?
One and only one and it’s Najis.

PM : CLEAN THE HOUSE
What is happening to Malaysia ?
May our mighty Prime Minister, CLEAN IT, once is for all. Suspend those Officer’s in question until they can prove themselves CLEAN. If they think is rubbish, send them to court to prove they are clean not just keep silent. Follow Singapore System, they don’t waste Tax Payer money and time. If people talk bad about you, resolve it immediately otherwise you leave office.
We cannot afford to waste time on unproductive issue.

Najis' days are numbered
Najis denied he knows Saiful. Yesterday he said Saiful came to his house “few days” after the sodomy allegation before police report. So Najis know or don’t know Saiful? Is Najis' house open to the public? Saiful’s police report was lodged within 48 hours after the “act”. But why najis said that Saiful complained to him “few days after the sodomy act” before lodging police report but on the other hand Saiful managed to lodged the police report within 48 hours? Come on Mr. DPM Najis, you’re a senior politician, bluff also don’t know how to bluff? We can see that you panicked during the press conference because you know you are lying and ALLAH knows! Of course Bodowi also knows. Najis, your days are numbered.

Put all to the Lie Detector Test
Put all to the lie detector test, then we will know. But have to ask foreign expert to administer the test, not our corrupt local police force.

TO PM ADVICE
My golden suggestion. Mr. PM, give a phone ring to your neighbour, Uncle LKY to seek his advice. Or read back history how Uncle tackle it, when it had those problemed in his office. Sometime is good to follow what others are doing successfully.

Najis' days are numbered
Mr. Balasubramaniam has retracted his 1st statutory declaration (SD) today and come up with a 2nd SD. During the 1st SD’s release yesterday he said that his life will be in danger, and right so, his life was really in danger and therefore here comes the 2nd SD. Or else you know what will happen to him because Malaysia Boleh! Another reason is that he may have been paid huge sum by Najis' camp. We the rakyat in bandar know about Najis' shit a long time ago but now even the rakyat in kampung start realising the truth. Will our HRH Agong summons Bodowi to the palace and orders the setting up of an independent Royal Commission of Inquiry and asks Najis, IGP and AG to go on leave until they clear their names (if ever their names can be cleared).

Comedy Court
PM must wake up lah. Malaysian court is a joke today. Cases ding dong like some shows where the actor and actress pusing sini dan sana and it is not over even after you go the kitchen to make a cup of coffee. It is high time cases are dealt with quickly and not allowed to drag on and on and on until the next generasi.
